- Managed a complex administrative law claim that involved a federal audit seeking $2M+ in repayment. Through an administrative appeal, all audit and future audits were dismissed and a six-figure settlement payment was secured for a grantee.
- Drafted comments submitted to the Federal Communications Commission relating to the Radio/Television Cross-Ownership Limit Rule.
Business Law
- Represented LLC in a partnership dispute involving a demand for $150,000 that was settled for $10,000.
- Formed and dissolved numerous LLC’s, C-Corps and nonprofit corporations.
Cannabis Law
- Raised capital and orchestrated a private offering for a vertically integrated grow-processing-retail C-corp.
- Secured both a state and local license for Transcend Cannabis
