  1. Scheduling Order - December 18, 2003
    On December 18, 2003 the Honorable Moria Krueger established a scheduling order. The most significant features of this order were that it:

    1. Established a date for disclosure of expert witness reports for both sides. The plaintiffs’ disclosure deadline was March 8, 2004. The defense disclosure date was June 8, 2004. We were able to meet this disclosure date because of the cooperation of all of our clients who were interviewed by Dr. John Ouellette. In addition, all of our experts and are staff worked hard to meet this deadline. Copies of our experts’ reports (with the exception of individual reports of plaintiffs) are below.
    2. There will be a court hearing on April 13, 2004 for scheduling trial procedure.
    3. February 21 - March 18, 2005 were established as trial dates.
