  1. Joinder of additional parties-February 26, 2004.

    On February 26, 2004 we were served with an Amended Third Party Complaint wherein Westra added five subcontractors and their insurers as additional parties. The subcontractors added were:

    1. Capitol Mechanical, Inc.
      Mechanical contractors

    2. Sullivan Brothers, Inc.
      Ceiling tiles contractors

    3. DHO Mason Contractors
      Masonry contractors

    4. Klein Dickert Company, Inc.
      Painting contractors

    5. Hallmark Drywall Inc.
      Drywall contractors


    Westra alleged in the Amended Third party Complaint that if Westra was found negligent then some or all of these subcontractors would also be found negligent. We immediately filed a discovery request to Westra to seek any information that they might have concerning the possible negligence of the above parties.
